Med-Bot Doctor

The world is developing day-by-day and the new technologies emerging in the same pace, but have we ever thought about the remote places in the world and old aged people who require constant care. As we all know, the doctor to patient ratio is quite low in many countries across the world. In this scenario, what will people who don’t have access to the healthcare physicians and facilities do?

How about a Med-bot which can predict diseases and it’s subsequent medicines from the inputs provided by the patient and the data collected through medical equipment in-built in the Med-bot. This would be close to a real doctor who may not be available in that location or at that time. This can be setup in the places where a treatment from a human doctor is not feasible.

What will be the Med-Bot exactly and what are it’s features? The Med-Bot would ideally contain in-built equipment which measures Temperature, ​BP, Heart rate, Pulse, Glucose and Cholesterol levels. This won’t be a surprise as in today’s world all these testing equipment rests within the human hand in terms of size. There can be more additions to the same bot according to the needs of the people in that particular area.

What happens next? Once all test are done, report is generated​.Next, The machine predicts the disease accordingly after asking a set of questions to the patient like how a usual doctor asks.​Initial stage, the working has to be monitored and cross verified by a real doctor and probably after considerable clinical trials it can released.

What about the medicines? The medicines are predicted and there will be medicine vending machine near to the Med-Bot premises where the person can take the prescribed medicine.

By the way, how can we predict the disease🤔🤔🤔

• The disease prediction can be done using ML/AI algorithms which have been trained with 1000+ datasets from real clinical data and same method can be applied for medicine prediction.​

We have lot of Apps in the market which have succeeded in prediction of diseases, health conditions using AI/ML , so this will be a full fledged one with additions of healthcare equipment, medicines and all.

The Med-Bot need to be released only after appropriate number of trials and testing such that the prediction won’t go wrong.
